If you choose to shop with the Instacart® service, the grocery items you select (generic product names only — never your name or email) are transmitted to Instacart to build your cart; Instacart then handles retailer selection, checkout, delivery, and pricing under its own privacy policy and terms. We may also use trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements to operate the Service, and may disclose information where required by law.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
